What file formats do you accept?

We accept MP4 video files, MP3 audio files, and scripts or documents in PDF or Word (.docx) format. For full-length films or large files, simply share a secure link via Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer. Not sure about your file type? Just ask, we will let you know if it works.

How long does a typical project take?

Turnaround depends on the tier and scope. Tier 1 (trailer/short content) typically takes 5–7 business days. Tier 2 (full film) is 2–4 weeks. Tier 3 (multi-territory) is 4–6 weeks. Rush options are available, let us know your timeline in the form.

Which Spanish dialect do you use?

We specialize in Latin America Spanish, optimized for audiences in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and other Latin American territories. If you require Spain Spanish or a specific regional dialect, please specify in your inquiry and we'll accommodate accordingly.

Is my content kept confidential?

Absolutely. All project files and details are handled with strict confidentiality. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any files are shared. Please indicate this in your special instructions.

Do you offer payment installments?

Yes. We offer structured payment flexibility, clients may split payments into three installments over three months. International payments are accepted via Stripe and bank transfer. Contact us to discuss the arrangement that works best for your project.

What if my audio quality is poor?

We work with a range of audio qualities. Poor or difficult audio (heavy accents, multiple speakers, background noise) may affect timeline and pricing. Please indicate your audio quality in the inquiry form so we can provide an accurate quote.

How is film or content distribution handled?

LCOM Translations does not directly distribute films or content. Our role is to ensure your project is linguistically and culturally ready for Spanish-speaking audiences through professional translation, subtitle localization, and market adaptation. Distribution through streaming platforms, film festivals, international distributors, or licensing agreements remains in the hands of the producer. We prepare your content to perform when it gets there.
